YumUniverse "Pantry to Plate" Book Launch

I worked with YumUniverse Cookbook Author Heather Crosby to help launch her second book, using social media and in-person events. To great success, I managed her Instagram and Facebook calendar, and assembled a group of recipe testers to serve as ambassadors for launch.

I also moderated a panel discussion for women in wellness to raise awareness about the book for the larger wellness community, and hosted a potluck series where I cooked the book and encouraged other ambassadors to do the same. Heather’s book saw fantastic sales, and it’s still a favorite in my personal kitchen. :)
